"Crisp, sweet-toned aroma: hints of flowers, orangey citrus, nut, aromatic wood. Sweetly bright acidity, delicate mouthfeel. The citrus and nut turn toward cocoa in the cup, with deeper hints of blackberry and apricot that carry into a sweet-toned finish. This coffee changes dramatically as it cools. When hot a slight but sharpish astringency nags in cup and finish.
